Episode 27 : Tom Payn

This week Dan and James interview Tom Payn, winner of the inaugural Track 100 mile just a few weeks ago in an 8th best British time of 12:25. Tom has done it all over a running career that has lasted his whole life. From 800 metres through to 100 miles plus. Representing his country on the Trails, recording a marathon PB of 2:17 and throughout it all keeping his love for the sport at the heart of what he does.

Paul has a background as Lakeland 100 winner, two time TDG finisher and running for the Irish National Team amongst many other accomplishments. We find out just how huge of an effort the Wainwrights journey was.
